Booked in for 7 nights. Very peaceful despite being a large caravan park and probably popular with Townsville residents (we are about 60 kms north). We will have the car serviced after it’s 2,000+ kms dirt road journey to the Cape; pick up a replacement set of side mirrors (Driver’s side lost due to a huge gust of wind from a passing truck) and food shopping) in Townsville.

Visited Little Crystal Creek again. The water temperature was quite cold but refreshing and so clean & clear. Enjoyed putting a newly acquired 10 stop filter to use to capture the scenes below (long exposure up to 30 seconds).
Slow motion (8x) added some interest in capturing such beauty, water fall and underwater scenes.
